• Work with a team of 40+ people on-site.
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies for clients.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes.
• Manage and execute social media posting across various platforms.
• Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Leading the creative staff.
• Collaborate with the team to drive several large-scale digital projects to completion including websites, branding, content, and more.
• Inspire the client, as well as your team through collaborative concepts.
• Bring business strategy to creative execution to drive results.
• Be a leader, putting the client and your team before yourself.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and experience in implementing SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and experience in managing social media accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
