The DigiSparrow started in 2012 as a web and mobile development studio. In 2025 we started building Botnira, our own AI receptionist — and it changed what we spend most of our time doing.
Our story
Kamaljeet Singh Sidhu founded The DigiSparrow in 2012 to build web, mobile, and business software for companies across Canada and India. Over more than a decade, the team grew to 75+ professionals working across web design, mobile development, and cloud software — shipping projects in education, finance, healthcare, and retail.
Building Botnira — an AI receptionist for small and mid-sized service businesses — meant putting real AI agents into production, handling real calls, for real customers. That experience is now the core of what we offer every client: not theoretical AI capability, but agents we've already proven work.
