The brief
Immigration consultants run on paperwork. A single client file moves through lead intake, a retainer agreement, a stack of IRCC forms that all need to agree with each other, and ongoing status updates — normally spread across email, spreadsheets, e-signature tools, and whatever the government portal requires that week. Nothing in that stack talks to anything else, so consultants and their staff spend more time re-typing the same client details than advising clients. ImmiPRO CRM and IT Solutions came to us to turn that workflow into software.
What we built
The platform takes a case from first contact to filed application inside one system:
Lead capture
New inquiries land directly in the system with the client's details already structured, ready to move into a case.
Automated agreement generation & e-sign
Retainer agreements generate themselves from the client's file and go out for e-signature, without a consultant assembling a document by hand.
Automated IRCC form filling
Client data entered once gets carried across every IRCC form a case needs, cutting out repeated data entry and the transcription errors that come with it.
Team management
Case assignment, workload, and staff activity are visible in one place instead of tracked case-by-case in someone's head.
Office stats
Live numbers on caseload, conversion from lead to signed client, and staff throughput, instead of a manual month-end report.
The result
An immigration office running on ImmiPRO moves a case from first inquiry to filed paperwork without leaving the platform — no separate document tool, no separate e-sign tool, no separate spreadsheet for tracking who's working what. It's an example of the vertical-specific software we build for clients, with deep workflow automation rather than a generic CRM.
